(More customer reviews)Pros:
The handle is indeed sturdy enough to hold whatever you can shove in the case.It is a very convenient feature even if you don't plan on moving it often.
No sharp edges! I slice a finger open pretty much every time I open a case and I managed to build a whole PC around it without a scratch.
Toolless drive bays are nicely designed and also provide the option to add screws which I did.
Large quiet fans.
Plenty of room.
Cons:
Toolless plastic PCI card holder is a little wussy (I snapped a piece off just figuring out how it worked, and I did try to get some hints from the instructions first), but it's totally not needed and standard screws can be used instead.I actually prefer not using it anyway.
PCI slot covers and motherboard plate need to be bent back and forth and snapped off and the metal back there is really thin and easy to bend.I did alright, but it was the worst part of working with the case.
The drive cage provided while toolless in its own installation requires screws to hold the individual drives. The screw holes are behind a second layer of sheet metal through a small access hole though (no holding the screw with your finger to steady it).Unless you have a magnetic screwdriver (not something I have in my PC toolkit as I don't fancy the idea of exposing component to magnetic fields) then you have to hold the drive cage in the air sideways and put the screws in from the bottom blind while making sure not to shift the drive away from the hole.Antec has extra long screws and a slightly different design to solve this problem.
Other Thoughts:
I bought this case for the purpose of a home theater PC of sorts. My choices were somewhat limited by the fact I had a full size ATX motherboard already in my possession.I'd buy another next time I needed a case if the price was right.
The other contenders were the Cooler Master Elite 360 RC-360-KKN1-GP ATX Mid Tower/Desktop Case (Black) which is about as small as a case as can fit a full ATX and Antec Three Hundred Gaming Case External 3 X 5.25; Internal 6 X 3.5 2*Usb2.0.In the end it was the handle and the low price after rebate that won me over (I got it for $40 after a $20 manufacturer rebate).Otherwise I'd of gone with the Antec simply because I am very happy with its big brother the Antec Nine Hundred Steel ATX Ultimate Gamer PC Case (Black). The CoolerMaster had the benefit of being able to sit horizontally, but had no room to grow as well as using those cheap plastic slides rather than screws to hold drives.
