(More customer reviews)I received the unit and was pleased until I tried to use the backup feature. It did not work. I contacted Startech and learned the software for the unit will not work with any Windows 7 or Vista 64 system. If I were using an old system and did not think I wouldupdate I might give it 5 stars but can only use it in a limited form. As of today (3/17/10) they say they have no plans for updating the software. Be warned!
