(More customer reviews)I intended to use them to recover data from a dead system but then found these things to be so handy to use I bought more of them. I now have an external drive to back up each of my desk units and my laptop. I can not say I found anything to complain about. The fan is a feature that makes these things great to have around. I bought a large fast drive to use in an external and with these enclosures I don't have to worry about my drive getting cooked when it runs all day. If you have an old drive that you can still use or want to back up your data using a new faster drive this is a great way to go.
